Fall 2010 Signups

The signups for the fall 2010 will take place on Thursday, June 10th and Monday, June 14th at the Munster Public Library in the Community Meeting Room from 6:00 to 8:00 pm both days. 

  • For new players please complete a registration form; provide proof of residency; copy of birth certificate; wallet sized photo; and a check for $110.00. 
  • For returning players please complete a registration form; provide proof of residency; a wallet sized photo; and a check for $85.00

 Samples of jerseys will be at the signups.
