The Munster Storm finished their season undefeated.
The Munster U-14 boys team capped an undefeated season with a shootout victory in the championship game of the Northwest Indiana Soccer League spring tournament.
After ending regulation tied 2-2, the Munster Storm defeated the Crown Point Bulldogz in the shootout. With the win, the Storm, coached by Matt Kaufmann, finished the season 8-0-2.

Munster’s U-14 girls, also reached the championship game, losing to Duneland 3-1. The Lady Mustangs, coached by Tom Kekelik, finished their season 7-4.
Eleven Munster teams won trophies for finishing first or second in their divisions during the regular season: Munster Storm (U-14 boys), Fireballs (U-14 boys), Mustangs (U-12 boys), Vipers (U-12 boys), Bulldogs (U-10 boys), United (U-10 boys), Spurs (U-10 boys), Chargers (U-8 boys), Lady Mustangs (U-14 girls), Monarchs (U-12 girls), Maniacs (U-10 girls).
